Rodeo Business Park

is located in the southern portion of the city of Santa Fe, at the interchange of I-25 and St. Francis Drive. Access to the property is via Rodeo Road ( a major east/west arterial street serving the southern part of Santa Fe) and Sawmill Rd. which serves as a frontage road for the interchange.

The Master Plan for Rodeo Business Park establishes a campus type setting for all development within the property, including provisions for open space, landscaping, screening of parking and storage areas, and control over architectural elements of buildings constructed within the park. The Master Plan has established a high quality of industrial and business related uses within Rodeo Business Park, ensuring occupants of the park that the quality of future development within the park will be sustained.
